West Seneca, NY – The Market in the Square and Giant Food Mart Owners Brian and Nick Kusmierski has officially announced that on Saturday, May 4, 2024, from 1pm to 3pm, all four of their stores will be holding a special event just for kids in honor of Mother’s Day.

“Mother’s Day is a very special day and we wanted to give kids a fun and educational opportunity to make something personal so that they can present it to mom on her day”, stated Nick Kusmierski.

A “Plant Workshop” will be set –up where kids will receive a pot, soil and a flower and be educated as to how to put soil and flowers in the pots by our store staff. There will also be special treats as part of the day’s event. All this is FREE to kids at the West Seneca and North Tonawanda The Market in the Square stores and FREE to the kids at the Wellsville and Cuba Giant Food Mart stores. While they have stocked up on plants, soil and pots - supplies are limited and are available while supplies last!
